1.Academic Scholarships
Scholarships are awarded in cash within the first 30 days of each term.
Award amounts are equal to 5% of resident's total payment for the term. Check out all the Academic Scholarship details.
2.Pay in Full Discount
Pay the entire Academic year rent at move-in and recieve a 2% discount!

We are located on the southwest Corner of 18th and Alder in Eugene, close to campus and the University shopping district. The main University library, the Knight Library, is just a few blocks away. For those coming to town without cars, we are also right on the public bus line.
