Application fee: An application fee of $30 is required in order to process an application. This fee is non-refundable. It may be paid by check or credit card.
Security deposits: A security deposit is due within 7 days after application approval in order to hold a room. The deposit may be paid by check or credit card. A specific room will not be reserved until The Collegian management receives a security deposit. Please see charts below for security deposit amounts. Once the Lease is signed, applicant and co-signer will be held responsible for the terms of the lease even if applicant decides not to move in.
