Application fee:
An application fee of $30 is required in order to process an application. This fee is non-refundable.

Deposits:
A deposit of $600 or $700 is due within 7 days after application approval in order to reserve a room. Once the lease is signed, there will be no refund of deposit if the applicant does not move in. The applicant will be held responsible for the terms of the lease. Upon taking possession of the premises, the deposit will then be applied as a security deposit. For a $600 deposit, $150 is non-refundable upon move-out or room transfer. For a $700 deposit, $200 is non-refundable upon move-out or room transfer.
