How to receive a referral bonus

• Introduce an applicant to The Collegian by explaining what it has to offer and provide information about how to contact The Collegian, or submit an online Referral Form.
• Be sure that applicant writes the name of the person who referred him/her on the application. Bonuses will not be paid if the name of the person referring applicant is not written on the application.
• A resident who meets a touring applicant during the touring process is not eligible for receiving a referral bonus but may be given a special bonus for assisting in the tour at the discretion of management.

  Who the referral bonus check will be issued to

• Resident will be issued the check. Check will be mailed to Resident’s Collegian address. During summer months, if Resident is not living at The Collegian, referral bonus will be mailed to co-signer’s address.
• Former Resident will be issued the check. Check will be mailed to Former Resident’s co-signer’s address unless another address is provided by former resident.
• Any dispute between co-signer and Resident or Former Resident over the funds will be settled between Resident or Former Resident and co-signer

  When the referral bonus check will be issued

• Check will be issued once the security deposit of the referred applicant clears the bank.

  Amount of referral bonus for referring a resident for the academic year

• $200 for 3 term lease
• $134 for 2 term lease
• $67 for 1 term lease

  Amount of referral bonus for referring a resident for the summer

• $50 for a 1 term lease
• $0 for any lease shorter than 1 term

Owner reserves the right to determine what qualifies as a referral and what does not.

There is no limit to the number of referral bonuses Residents or Former Residents receive.
