Payment Options
Option 1: 9-Month Academic
Year - 3 Payments
Invoices will be sent to Appicant and/or co-signers for each rent
payment. To avoid late fees, payments must be received by a manager at
The Collegian, put in the drop box outside the office door, or
postmarked to the Home Office on or before the following dates:
Lease dates: September 25, 2009 to
June 13, 2010
Payment due dates:
- September 8, 2009
- December 14, 2009
- March 8, 2010
Rent payments may be made by check, money order, certified or cashier’s
check.
Option 2: 9-Month Academic Year
– Single Rent Payment
Rent for the entire Academic Year may be paid in full
with a 2% discount.
Lease dates: September 25, 2009 to
June 13, 2010
