Payment Options
Option 1: 9-Month Academic Year - 3 Payments
Rent for the first term is due at move-in. Invoices will be sent to co-signers for each rent payment. To avoid late fees, payments must be received by a manager at The Collegian, put in the drop box outside the office door, paid by credit card, or postmarked on or before the following dates:
Lease dates: September 25, 2008 to June 14, 2009
Payment due dates:
- September 25, 2008 (or move-in day)
- January 4, 2009
- March 30, 2009
Rent payments may be made by check or credit card. In order to pay rent by credit card, an authorization form must be signed and returned to The Collegian by the payment due date. Rent paid by credit card is subject to a service fee added to the amount due. This service fee (currently 3% of the amount charged) may change without notice.
Option 2: 9-Month Academic Year – Single Rent Payment
Rent for the entire Academic Year may be paid in full at move-in with a 2% discount. If rent is paid in full, it must be paid by check (not by credit card).
