Security deposits:
A security deposit is due within 7 days after application approval in
order to hold a room. It may be paid by check or credit card. To
reserve a specific room, a security deposit must be made at time of
application. Please see charts below for security deposit amounts. Once
the Lease is signed, applicant will be held responsible for the terms of
the lease even if applicant decides not to move in.

Cancellation deadlines for the Academic Year: A full credit for security
deposit is given if
written notice of cancellation is postmarked by June 15. If written
notice is postmarked between June 16 and August 1, half (1/2) of the
security deposit will be refunded. If cancelled after August 1 some
notice is required but no refund will be given.
Cancellation deadlines for Summer: A full credit for security deposit
is given if written notice of cancellation is postmarked by May 18. If
cancelled after May 18, no refund will be given.
