The Collegian is a student living community made up of residents who are carefully selected to live in an academically focused community. Rather than residents being anonymous, lost in the corporate structure of traditional dormitories, our approximately 40 residents become part of the close-knit Collegian family. The owners and management are involved in the daily operations of The Collegian and encourage residents and staff to join their extended family. Our goal is to create a supportive family community where students can succeed in their academics and form lasting friendships.

Because of our goals, The Collegian is NOT for students looking to live in the midst of the typical college party scene. But, for students looking for a more mature, academically focused living community, The Collegian just might be the perfect living solution!
